FAQs

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day.

Delivery normally takes between 3 to 5 business days. All times and dates given for delivery of your order are given in good faith but are estimates only. 

How can I track my order?

Visit the carrier's website: Go to the official website of the shipping carrier. Most carriers have a designated tracking page where you can enter your tracking number. Enter the tracking number: Input your tracking number into the appropriate field and click the "Track" button or a similar prompt.

How do I cancel or modify an order?

If you would like to cancel or modify an order, we invite you to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order via email : customer-service@hakyarts.com.

 

What if my order arrives damaged?

If you order is damaged, please send us a photo via email (customer-service@hakyarts.com) and we will send you another one free of charge.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns 

All returns must be sent to us within 14 days of delivery date. Any returned items must be in the same condition as they were sent, with all original tags and labels attached and sent in a traceable parcel.

Please note that we charge a return fee of 8 euro. Any returns must be sent to the address below:

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most payment methods such as debit or credit cards but also Paypal. 

What countries do you ship to?

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries / geographical area such as Europe, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Japan.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver countries such as Afghanistan, North Korea, Iraq, Russia or Ukraine. 

Free standard shipping is not valid on some international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control.
